Delivery & Returns

📍Delivery areas

We deliver across Lusaka and surrounding areas of Zambia. During checkout we will confirm whether we deliver to your location. If you are unsure, WhatsApp us first.

⏱️Delivery times & cutoff

• Same-day delivery: order before 15:00 and we aim to deliver the same day in most Lusaka areas.
• Next-day: orders placed after the cutoff are usually delivered the next working day.
• Delivery times are estimates. Bad weather, traffic or unforeseen events can cause delays — we will keep you updated on WhatsApp.

📦Delivery cost

Delivery fees depend on your location and order size. Any fee will be shown before you confirm your order. Some orders or areas may qualify for free delivery.
